He is very thorough in gathering information from you so that he can provide your dogs with optimum care that meets the individual needs of each dog. Bill then “interviews” your dog by interacting with them in a variety of ways. It is obvious from observing this interaction that Bill is well-versed in canine behavior and uses positive reinforcement training techniques.

Bill keeps you, the owner, well informed. His written visit reports let you know when he arrived at your home, what he did with your dog during his visit and when he departed. Bill is very reliable and also very trustworthy in maintaining the security of your home. He definitely delivers on his promise to take care of your pets just as you would.
